Delete your account
You can delete your Bet Academy account at any time, from the website (below) or in the app under Me → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we delete
- Your name, email address, phone number, username and password
- Your followed picks, unlocked picks, alerts, notification tokens and preferences
- Support chats and marketing contact history
What we keep, and why
Records of payments and subscriptions you made are kept, without your name or contact details, for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and so we can handle refunds and chargebacks. Any active subscription ends when the account is deleted and is not refunded automatically. See our Refund Policy.

Sign in to delete your account
Can't sign in? Email admin@bettacademy.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete it within 7 days.
