The Site is operated by X-True West Media Consult (registered in the Republic of Ghana, Reg. No. CS223602017, TIN C0009194320). By accessing or using https://bettacademy.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

Bet Academy provides sports data analysis, statistical previews, and educational content for informational purposes only. Specifically:

• We are an analysis and education service — we are not a bookmaker, betting operator, or gambling service.
• We do not accept wagers or stakes, hold customer funds, or offer prizes, winnings, or payouts of any kind.

3.1 Billing. VIP subscriptions are charged upfront for the selected period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Payment is processed via MTN Mobile Money or other listed payment methods.

3.2 No automatic renewal. We do not automatically charge your account. You must manually renew your subscription when it expires.

3.3 Refunds. Paid subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds are never based on whether any analysis proved correct.

3.4 Discount codes. Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must not share your account or VIP access with others.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person. We reserve the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share VIP content or tips without our written permission
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Post abusive, misleading, or spam content in comments or community features
• Impersonate our staff or other users

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Gambling can be addictive and harmful. By using our tips, you acknowledge:
