By accessing or using https://bettacademy.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

Bet Academy provides sports prediction tips, analysis, and related content for informational and entertainment purposes only. Specifically:

• We are a prediction and tips service — not a bookmaker, betting operator, or gambling service.
• Our tips are the opinions of our analysts and are not guaranteed outcomes.
• We do not facilitate the placement of bets. Any betting you do is through licensed third-party bookmakers.
• Past win rates (e.g. "78% win rate") reflect historical performance and are not a guarantee of future results.

3.1 Billing. VIP subscriptions are charged upfront for the selected period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Payment is processed via MTN Mobile Money or other listed payment methods.

3.2 No automatic renewal. We do not automatically charge your account. You must manually renew your subscription when it expires.

3.3 Refunds. Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of predictions, we do not offer refunds once a subscription period has started and VIP tips have been accessed. Refunds may be considered at our discretion for technical failures that prevented access.

3.4 Discount codes. Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must not share your account or VIP access with others.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person. We reserve the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share VIP content or tips without our written permission
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Post abusive, misleading, or spam content in comments or community features
• Impersonate our staff or other users

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Gambling can be addictive and harmful. By using our tips, you acknowledge:

• You are betting voluntarily and with money you can afford to lose.
• No prediction service, including ours, can guarantee winning outcomes.
• You should set personal limits on how much you bet.
• If gambling is negatively affecting your life, please seek help from a responsible gambling organisation.

Our tips are for informational purposes. We are not responsible for any losses incurred from acting on our predictions.

All content on the Site — including predictions, analysis, graphics, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Bet Academy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any prediction will be correct or profitable
• Third-party bookmaker links will always be available or accurate

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Bet Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on our tips.

The Site may contain links to bookmakers and other third-party sites (affiliate links are marked with "sponsored"). These are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party site. Betting involves risk — please review the terms of any bookmaker before placing bets.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email and update the date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
